fan repair aloha breeze 46051 (46052)?
This fan it works, somewhat, but will randomly just stop spinning like it doesn't have the power or torque. We would like to fix it but are unsure as to the actual problem. Also, when it's first turned on it takes a little time for it to get going. I tried looking for a manual to the fan online but was unable to. If you have any idea's or have a link to the manual it would be greatly appreciated.
Call the company at 1-800-295-4448. Tell them your problem. When they ask you when you purchased it give them a date that is less than a year ago. They will probably replace the fan for you, but you'll have to send them the motor at your own expense. Remove the motor from the rest of the fan before sending it back to reduce the cost.
I wonder if your fan got stuck while oscillating at some point? That happened to mine and that is when my motor quit. The company was great and send me an entire new unit, which I received about a week after returning the motor.
