Could you please explain what he/she meant in these statements below (without the words in bracket)?
The turtle sent to me was a knockoff...I've seen the version in the stores and this was definitely a counterfeit. Much cheaper quality. And, not the same features as the legitimate Twilight Turtle. I don't plan on returning it b/c my kids are already attached. But, I just wanted to let you know it was not what I thought it was going to be.

S/he is telling you that you sent him or her a fake Twilight Turtle Night Light Stars Constellation Lamp, not a real one. A "knockoff" means a copy, not the real thing. "Counterfeit" means fake. It isn't the same as the legitimate (real) Twighlight Turtle.
The buyer doesn't plant to return it because his or her kids already like it, so you are lucky. But the person wants to complain to you anyway because you didn't send them what you (presumably) advertised.
Bottom line: they are complaining but they aren't going to do anything about it.
